業務内容

  • 電気設計 未経験者可・経験者優遇

千葉事業所にて、光ファイバ・電線製造装置、

医薬品周辺装置の電気設計補助を担当して頂きます。

【具体的な業務】

お客様から「このような物を作りたい」という

依頼をもとに業務がスタート。

装置を作る上で、どの方法が一番最適かを

メカ設計と検討

製造する装置に必要な電気構成の検討

ユニット・センサ配置やタイミングチャートを元に

制御盤のハード設計、ラダーソフト、操作パネル設計、

装置のまとめまで一連の業務を担当

完成後は得意先での据付復旧~調整までお願いします。

※年数回程度、1週間~半月の出張が発生します。

【仕事の面白さ】

お客様からの相談や要望を伺う段階から設計・製造、

納品まで一貫して携わることができます。

特に新しい装置の場合は未経験の課題も多く発生し、

課題解決に試行錯誤や根気が必要になります。それを

乗り越えて、装置を完成させた時の達成感は格別です。

こうした苦労や成功体験が電気設計エンジニアとしての

成長につながっていくことは言うまでもありません。

【職場について】

装置事業部には設計、製造、管理部門含め50名が在籍します。

うち電気設計担当は6名で構成されています。

  • 電気設計の豊富な経験をお持ちの方
  • PLCを使った生産設備装置設計の経験者は優遇
  • 機械・装置などの電気設計経験をお持ちの方
  • 電気機器等のソフトプログラムの開発経験がある方
  • CADが使える方
