仕事内容:

不動産業を営んでいる当社で事務のお仕事をお任せします。

ゆっくり丁寧に教えたいので、1名の募集にしています。

主なお仕事は、

・帳簿や契約書などの作成に伴うデータ入力

・書類管理・業者さんとの電話やりとり

・ネットで掲載されている物件探しや情報の更新

などのお仕事をお任せします。

最初の1ヶ月は先輩と一緒。

分からないところはしっかりフォローしますので安心して働けます。

【1日の流れイメージ】

10:00 出社

10:30 掃除・メール対応・事務処理・電話対応など

12:00 昼休憩

13:00 事務処理・書類整理・職場環境の整備(必要な備品を買いに行ったり、行政が出す必要な書類を取りにいくなど)

17:00 業務終了

など、日々の事務業務を一通り経験していただきます。

まずは「流れを理解すること」を大切にしているので、

完璧である必要はありません。業務に慣れてきた段階で

少しづつ、やれることを増やしていく育成をしていきます。

慣れるまでは先輩のスタッフがしっかり丁寧に教えます。

弊社の事務スタッフも最初は未経験で入社された方なので、親身になって教えてくれます。弊社で働くうちに、基本的なPCスキルや、電話対応力、受付応対力、業界知識など身についていくので、どこでも通用する事務スキルを身につけることができます。
