新製品の技術開発【新分野への製品開発に積極的に挑戦中/創業90年以上の自動車部品メーカー】
【仕事内容】
新燃料分野(水素他)における開発動向調査と重点新製品開発の推進をお任せします。
同社の技術を活用して今後も長く発展していくために新分野への製品開発に積極的に取り組んでいます。
【具体的な業務内容】
以下の開発テーマにおいて、主担当として開発推進を行っていただきます。
・新製品、技術開発動向調査(新燃料分野の動向・技術課題等の調査と情報の整理)
・水素生成、貯蔵、輸送に関する製品・技術開発
・CO2回収、貯蔵、利用に関する製品・技術開発
・熱マネージメント技術を活用した新製品開発・技術開発
※上記のように担当する分野が複数あり、最初は展示会やセミナー、大学等にも出向いて調査するところから始まります。その後試験を行い評価する工程まで一貫して携わります。
※展示会・大学・顧客・外注訪問あり(週1回程度、宿泊を伴う場合あり)
将来の柱となる製品・技術開発の為、重要な業務となります。色々な技術開発にチャレンジでき、市場動向、技術、思考の幅が広がり新製品・新技術の創出だけでなく、エンジニアとしても大きく成長ができる環境にあります。

【所属部署情報】
製品・技術開発部 新製品開発Gへの配属を予定しています。配属先は20代~50代の約32名で構成されており、新卒・中途入社社員どちらもバランス良く在籍しています。その中での4グループに分かれて業務を行っています。

年収:500~740 万円 月給制 基本給:262400円~363300円残業代:全額支給 変動手当:家族手当 扶養配偶者17,500円、その他4,000円/人通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり150000円) 賞与:あり 年2回(7、12月) 昇給:あり 年1回(4月)

【勤務時間】
フレックスタイム制 1日の標準労働時間:8時間 休憩時間:45分 コアタイム:あり 10:00~14:45 月平均残業時間:21時間残業は20時間程度ですが、繁忙期の11~1月は40時間/月程度残業が発生する場合がございます
