【具体的な業務内容】
1. 体験授業の実施・運営
- 当社に興味を持ち、問い合わせがあった学生に対し、体験授業を実施し、プログラムの魅力を分かりやすく伝えます。
2.個別カウンセリング(面談)
- 学生一人ひとりの目標、現状の課題、将来の夢などを丁寧にヒアリングし、真のニーズや不安を深く理解します。
- その後、当社のプログラムが、その夢や課題をどう解決できるかを論理的かつ情熱的に説明し、適切な提案を行います。
3. クロージング
- 学生の「一歩踏み出したい」という気持ちがあることを確認し、入塾に向けた最終的なご案内とクロージングを行います。

勤務時間・曜日:
【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制
【柔軟性】
- コアタイムなしのフレックスタイム制を採用しているため、ご自身の希望する稼働時間に合わせて柔軟に働くことが可能です。
【環境】
- 基本はリモート勤務なので、自宅やご自身で選んだ場所でご活躍いただけます。
◆ 業務特性
- 業務の性質上、個別面談(体験授業・カウンセリング・クロージング)は、主に学生の都合に合わせる必要があります。
- そのため、面談対応が集中する時間帯として、平日夜間(夕方〜22時頃まで)および土曜日・日曜日にある程度柔軟に稼働できる方を歓迎します。
- 稼働しない曜日は、ご自身の裁量で自由に設定可能です。
【休日・休暇】
- 基本的にはご自身でお休みを決定できます。
- 週の稼働時間や面談対応時間は、面談時にご相談に応じます。
休暇・休日:
フレックス制の為、ご自身の裁量で業務を調整し、休暇を取得することが可能です。
- 柔軟な休暇設定: ご自身の生活に合わせて、ご自由にスケジュールを組んでいただけます。
- 学生の個別面談は平日夜間や土日を希望されることが多いです。そのため、これらの時間帯にある程度柔軟に対応いただける方を優遇いたします。
勤務地:
- 基本はリモート勤務ですが、月に1~2回程度出社や現地に行ける方からのご応募をお待ちしております。
給与:
- 経験・スキル・稼働可能時間・担当業務の範囲に応じて、給与を決定します。
- 面談時に、ご自身のスキルや希望される業務内容、可能な稼働時間について詳しくお伺いした上で、双方が納得する報酬を設定します。
