About The Department/Service:
Full-scale service provision for corporate clients began in January 2023.
This organization is responsible for providing solutions, primarily mobile services, to corporate clients, and you will participate in the business as a core member for business expansion.
Responsible Solution Technology Areas And Job Responsibilities:
This organization is responsible for the service design and business design of solutions in AI, fixed-line network, mobile network, contact center services, IP phone services, and Rakuten Group's proprietary development services.
Service Design Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning new services and considering improvements for existing services.
This involves either collaborating with development departments within Rakuten Mobile or other Rakuten Group companies to commercialize solutions, or reselling third-party products, including those from overseas.
・Formulation of service specifications, requirements definition
・Market trend analysis, competitor analysis, customer needs research
・Coordination and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales departments, facility departments, legal departments, and vendors
・Business Viability Assessment:
Trial calculation of P/L (Profit and Loss Statement), cost-benefit analysis
Creation of necessary documents for investment decisions
・Creation of planning documents, proposals, presentation materials, etc.
・Explanation to internal related departments, consensus building, and presentation to management, obtaining approval
・Project planning, progress management, issue management, risk management
・Design and construction of operational flows necessary for service provision
Business Design Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating service revenue and expenditure simulations and building sales mechanisms for new services prepared by the service design team.
Through identifying target corporate customer segments, formulating sales plans, and creating proposal document templates, you will support sales, SE, and marketing to accelerate sales.
・Coordination and negotiation with Sales Department, Marketing Department, SE Department, and Executives
・KPI management
・Business Viability Assessment:
Trial calculation of P/L (Profit and Loss Statement), cost-benefit analysis
Creation of necessary documents for investment decisions
・Creation of planning documents, proposals, sales promotion materials, presentation materials, etc.
Required Conditions:

・Ability to conduct business in Japan.
・Business experience in Japan and currently hold a valid visa allowing you to work in Japan.
・Business level or higher Japanese language proficiency (reading, writing, fluent conversation).
・Ability to commute to the workplace 4 or more days a week.
・3+ years of practical experience in the ICT industry.
・Ability to create documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
・Ability to effectively involve relevant domestic and international stakeholders (sales, technology, vendors, etc.) and promote projects.
[Service Design]
・Fulfills One Of The Following Requirements:
Possesses a technical background in communication infrastructure (experience in design, construction, operation of networks, servers, cloud, etc.), deeply understands the technical background from an engineer's perspective, and can communicate with development departments.
Experience in development, and capable of requirements definition, acceptance testing, and vendor management.
