当社のエンゲージメント調査は、世界でも最も歴史あるプログラムの一つ。グローバル標準の知見とデータを活用し、クライアント企業の組織変革を支援しています。
【業務内容】
プロジェクト期間は6か月〜1年程度。入社後は研修+OJTを経て、独り立ち後は常時3〜4件のプロジェクトを並行して担当します。クライアント・海外チーム・社内専門担当など多くの関係者と連携しながら、計画立案から成果報告までプロジェクト全体をリードします

・クライアントとの打合せや経営層へのインタビューを通じて、調査の目的、設問項目、分析軸、報告形式を決定
調査準備
・社内外・国内外の関係者と連携しながら、多様な準備タスクを実施
‐ 調査担当者向け説明会の実施(英語で行う場合もあり
‐ 調査対象となる組織・人事データの収集・整理
‐ 調査サイト構築に向けた仕様書作成(英語)
‐ 翻訳、紙調査運営など社外ベンダーとの調整
‐ 海外の技術チームへの指示・調整
・オペレーション業務を通じ、正確性とスピードの両立を追求

本ポジションが所属する「Digital部門」は、テクノロジーとデータで人と組織の可能性を最大化することをミッションとし、現在、エンゲージメント調査、アセスメント、報酬データなど多様な人事データを統合的に活用する「Talent Suite」を展開、グローバル企業の組織変革をリードしています。Listen (従業員エンゲージメントサーベイ) チームのプロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験は、データとテクノロジーを結ぶキャリアの基礎となり、Digital部門全体にも大きく貢献することができます。

社会人経験(正社員としての就業経験) 3年以上
社内外含め、様々な階層・部門の関係者とのコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を遂行した経験
英語力中級以上(社内、社外を問わず海外とのやり取りは必須、メール中心だが電話会議などもあり。目安TOEIC800点以上)
日本語 ネイティブレベル(読み・書き・会話)
Microsoft Office使用経験 Excel(Pivot Tableや数式など)、PPT(打ち合わせ資料作成など)、Wordの基本スキル
