・水道修繕工事(主にメンテナンス)

芦屋市内の各家庭の水道設備メンテナンスを行います。

・水道メーターの取替業務

芦屋市が毎年行うメーター取替を行います。

取替先は戸建住宅やマンションなど様々。

業務に関しては代表が同行して指導します。

経験に応じて簡単なことから、

お任せしていくのでご安心ください。

安定芦屋市からのお仕事

当社は芦屋市の水道組合に入っている、

6業者のうちの1つで、市の依頼を受けて

水漏れなどのトラブルに駆け付けます。

定期的なメーター交換の依頼もあり、

仕事は非常に安定。

また、行政への書類手続きも

できる業者が非常に少なく、

希少なポジションを確立しています。

経験を積みながら資格を取得して

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

8:00~17:00

※残業ほぼなし

※芦屋市の当番で稀に夜勤有。頻繁ではありません。

代表が対応できない場合にお願いする程度です。夜勤手当も支給。

休日休暇


週休2日制(土日祝休み)

お盆(4日程)、年末年始(5~6日程)、GW(暦通り)

※芦屋市の当番日は出勤の可能性有。

※連休希望があれば融通は利かせます。

現場は芦屋市内が中心。申請業務は西宮や神戸も有。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜

固定残業代:なし
