【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

内部監査部グローバル監査課のシニアスタッフとして、グローバル監査課のマネージャー陣にレポートを行います。EMEAおよびAPAC地域やその他の地域の会計、財務、ビジネス担当者と連携します。

このポジションは、楽天グループ株式会社の内部監査計画に従って、財務、運用、コンプライアンス、IT、プライバシー、およびJ-SOX監査を実施しており、具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。

【具体的には】

■監査リスク評価と計画:

・監査リスク評価、計画、および監査スコープの策定に参加

・重要なチームメンバーとして監査プロジェクトを実行

■監査の実行:

・広範囲の監査プロジェクトにおいて、特定の領域の監査を実行し、監査マネージャーからの指示に従って他のタスクを実行

・限定範囲の監査や短期レビューにおいて、計画、実行、クロージング活動のリードを含む全体の監査/レビュー過程を担当

・他のプロジェクトメンバー(内部/外部)の監督および必要に応じてスタッフを指導

・プロジェクトの進捗状況と結果の評価/スケジュールマネジメント/調書のレビューおよび(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

■ビジネスレベルの日本語力および英語力

■内部/外部監査の経験を7年以上お持ちの方

■内部統制フレームワーク(COSO、COBITなど)の理解およびSOX/JSOXの知識

■高度なMSスキル:Excel、Word、PowerPoint必須

【歓迎経験・スキル】

■会計または財務の学士号(BS/BA)

■CPA、CIA、CISA等、内部監査に関連する資格

■会計基準(IFRSおよびGAAP)、実務、手続き、手動および自動化システム(アプリケーション、ERP)に関する統制を理解し、様々な環境や状況において独立した客観的な判断を行う能力

■優れた分析および問題解決能力(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
