株式会社アークは2018年6月に設立。

大型重機などが入る事のできない山

などをプロが木に登り、少しづつ安全に

樹木を伐採していく【特殊伐採】や、

公共施設・商業施設・一般家庭など、

様々な場所に存在するお花や木々の

美観をよくする【緑地管理】を中心に

おこなっている会社です。

今回の募集は、神奈川県や東京都内の

公共施設(公園や学校)にある

樹木の伐採を行う技術者の仕事です。

近所の家に木が倒れて

危険が及ぶことがないように、

大事な役割を担う職人。

ニーズの高い特殊技術が身につきます

1日1現場に限られており、

現場の掛け持ちはなし。

現場での作業は時間内に終わるため、

負担少なく働けます。

【入社後の流れ】

2年ほど経験のある先輩(24歳)や、

当社社長のお手伝いからスタート。

伐採した樹木の片づけや

道具の持ち運びといった仕事を通じ、

少しずつ知識を身につけていきましょう。

現場は、都内や神奈川県内の

公共施設がメインですが、

まれに個人宅の場合もあります。

山奥の木に登る作業も

ありますがご安心ください。

安全に作業ができる技術

「ロープワーク」をイチから伝授します。

樹木の管理に関わる"樹木のスペシャリスト"

であるアーボリスト

(樹護士・じゅごし※1)を目指して

いただきたいと思っています

※1高所作業を行うためのクライミング

技術、専用道具を使ったロープワーク

技術、森林での実践訓練を受け、

資格を取得する必要があります。

日本では高い木に登って木を伐採する

職業:空師(そらし)といわれることも

ありますが、アーボリストと違い

資格を取得する必要はありません。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

8:00~18:00

※休憩2時間あり

…10:00~10:30/12:00~13:00/15:00~15:30

  • 基本的に残業なし

※現場によっては移動に時間が

かかるため、AM6:00あたりに

事務所集合となる場合があります。

※残業が発生した場合は

別途残業手当を支給します

基本給:月給 24万円 〜
