1.担当してもらいたい業務
■職務概要:
製造業のお客様で使われているPDM・PLMシステムについて、導入前の製品紹介や、導入後の構築・教育・コンサルティングなどスキル・経験に応じて幅広い業務を担当していただきます。
2.お客様対応頻度
導入前の製品紹介や導入後の様々な対応でお客様先へ訪問します。
最近ではリモートによる対応も増えており、打合せの多くはリモートへと変わってきています。
お客様対応を行っている比率は7割ほどとなります。また、社内ではお客様へ提供する資料作成や調査作業などを実施します。
3.誰に対して仕事をするのか(お客様の特徴等)
・製造業の設計部門で使われるシステムの提案・サポートとなるので、設計者の方が主となります。
また、企業規模は様々となりますが、中大手層のお客様の比率が高いです。
【求める人材】
<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>
・PLM製品メーカーのエンジニア、SIerでのPLM製品担当のエンジニア経験
または
・PLM製品ユーザー側の情報システム室や技術管理部署でのサポート経験
・資格:第一種運転免許普通自動車
