【業務内容】
・当社プロダクト「Aconnect」において、バックエンドを中心としたソフトウェア・インフラ含めたアーキテクチャ設計・実装をリードいただきます。技術的意思決定の基準を定め、設計方針・品質基準をチームに浸透させながら、プロダクトの信頼性・スケーラビリティ・拡張性を中長期的に担保するコアメンバーとしてご活躍いただきます。
・具体的には、Web・バッチ処理・検索エンジンといった多様な開発領域を俯瞰し、システム全体の最適化を見据えたアーキテクチャ設計やレビューを主導。プロダクトマネージャー・デザイナー・BizDevと連携しながら価値検証を推進し、技術負債や複雑性を抑制しつつ事業成長をドライブできる仕組みをつくっていただきます。
・また、必要に応じてフロントエンド・モバイルアプリやプロダクト設計にも関与いただくなど、フルスタックに近い視点での横断的な課題解決にも取り組んでいただきます。さらに、今後拡大する大規模かつ高難易度な機能開発においては、自然言語処理やLLMを活用した新しいアーキテクチャ設計等、まだノウハウが固まりきっていない領域における技術的リードを発揮し、チームを次の技術ステージへ導いていただくことを期待しています。
■具体的な業務内容
・「Aconnect」のバックエンドを中心としたアプリケーション領域の技術戦略策定・アーキテクチャ設計をリードし、中長期的な技術方針や品質基準をチームに浸透させる
・Ruby on RailsによるWeb APIや、Pythonを用いたバッチ処理、データベース、検索パイプラインの設計・開発・運用改善
・検索/ML APIや自然言語処理・LLMを活用した新機能の設計・開発・改善、未知領域・高難易度機能への挑戦
・技術的負債の解消やリアーキテクチャの推進、プロダクトの成長に応じたスケーラビリティ・信頼性向上施策の立案・実行
・コードレビュー・設計レビュー、若手エンジニアのメンタリングを通じたチームの技術力向上
・PdM・デザイナー・BizDev・Webクローラー開発者との仕様策定・協働によるプロダクト価値最大化
・SREチームと連携したモニタリング設計・運用改善や障害対応
【求める人材】
<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>
※すべて必須
・ソフトウェアエンジニアとして5年以上の開発経験
・3名以上のチームでの技術リード経験(技術選定、設計方針策定、コードレビューなどを含む)
・1つのサービス/プロダクトに対して1年以上の継続的な開発・運用経験
・Webバックエンド、および非同期処理・バッチ処理の設計・開発・運用経験
・AWS、GCP、Azureなどのクラウド環境を利用した開発・運用の実務経験
