【募集背景】
ARIは、クラウド技術とデータ・AI活用によるビジネストランスフォーメーションデザイナーとして社会変革をリードするDX企業です。「BX designer(ビジネストランスフォーメーションデザイナー)」として、お客様の創造的なビジネスゴールの実現に向け、DX化のためのデジタルシフト、クラウドシフト、データ・AI活用支援等、顧客の課題解決に向けたサービスを提供しております。
本ポジションでは、大規模開発やアカウント深耕、ビジネスソリューション訴求を推進するBXD第2事業ドメインにおける「総合SI事業部門」の中核メンバーとして、Web系・業務系システム開発領域でのPM/PLを募集します。
この「総合SI事業部門」ではユーザー企業や大手プライムSIer向けに一括受託型や準委任型のアプリケーション開発プロジェクトを多数展開しています。継続性ある支援と人材育成を両立させるため、案件標準化と技術人材のパイプライン整備を進めており、体制全体をリードできるプロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトリーダー(PM/PL)を担える方を求めております。

【必須経験・スキル】
■Web開発・ソフトウェア開発経験(3年以上)
■システム開発プロジェクトのPMまたはPL経験(3年以上)
■顧客・関係者との折衝、課題管理、品質管理の実務経験
■継続的な最新技術や知識に対する自己研鑽の意欲
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■メンバー、後輩、部下の進捗管理や育成のご経験
■認定スクラムマスター、認定プロダクトオーナーの資格
■クラウドを用いたプロジェクトのご経験(AWS/Azure/GCP)
■ソフトウェアアーキテクトのご経験
