【主な業務内容】

・業務フローやシステム構成の現状分析・課題抽出

・改善ソリューションの設計(BPR、クラウド最適化、AI実装など)

・クライアントへの提案・報告資料の作成およびプレゼンテーション

・チームメンバー(アソシエイト)のタスク管理・成果物レビュー

・プロジェクト推進における課題管理・合意形成支援

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

下記いずれかのご経験(目安:3年以上 ただし、協力会社での豊富な開発・折衝経験も評価します)

・SIer・ITベンダー・事業会社のIT部門などでの業務経験

・要件定義や業務設計、顧客折衝などの上流工程経験

・業務改善・システム最適化における提案・実行経験

・チームを巻き込みながら成果に向けて推進できる実行力

・現場と経営をつなぐ立場で課題を構造的に捉えられる方
