Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. ご入居者様の自立度に関わらず、明るく開放的な環境を整える住宅型有料老人ホームです。ヘルパーステーション・訪問看護ステーション・デイサービスと連携し、24時間365日体制でサポートしています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. ご入居者様との1対1の身体介護や生活支援が中心です。排泄・入浴・食事補助、シーツ交換、食堂での配膳、イベント企画など、日常生活全般をサポートします。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. もちろんです。無資格での入職を歓迎します。経験者や充実した環境の中で、安心して業務を覚えられます。

A. 資格保有者から未経験者まで幅広い層が活躍中。経験者には優遇制度を、未経験者には丁寧なサポート体制を用意しており、全員がやりがいを感じながら働いています。

在宅訪問がない安定勤務

入居者様の自宅への訪問がないため、勤務場所が施設内に限定されます。自動車免許は不要で、時間と場所の予測可能性が高く、生活設計がしやすい環境です。

資格取得時の確実な給与アップ

初任者研修修了者は時給上昇、実務者研修修了者も昇給対象、介護福祉士資格でさらなる昇給を実現。前年度実績で1時間10円~50円の昇給があり、努力が報われる体系です。

2時間から8時間まで選べる柔軟シフト

1日2時間~OK。朝7時スタートの短時間勤務(2時間)から、フルタイムの8時間勤務まで、ライフスタイルに合わせた働き方が可能です。

「如意住宅行」バスで「如意小学校」下車すぐの立地。マイカー通勤にも対応し、駐車場を完備しているため、通勤手段の選択肢が豊富です。
