当社は、不動産の買取再販を中心に、仲介(賃貸/売買)から管理まで手がける総合不動産企業です。

現在募集しているのは、事業の要となる「仕入営業職」

≪未経験からでも、年収1,000万円超≫を狙えるポジションです。

※更なる事業拡大に向けて追加募集

仕事内容

  1. 業者訪問:物件情報の収集
  2. 査定:価値の見極め
  3. 交渉/仕入:条件調整~契約
  4. 企画:物件の付加価値づくり
  5. 販売:仲介業者へ物件を卸す

ただただ商品を「売る営業」ではなく

あなたのアイデアを活かし価値を「創る営業」です。

・月間平均残業時間:10時間程度

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥350,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥68,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
