人材開発(研修企画・運営)【大阪】パナソニック・パーソル出資/70歳までの再雇用有
【仕事内容】
エンジニアの技術力向上を目的とした人材開発業務をお任せします。
課のメンバーと協力しながら担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
1.新入社員研修の企画・実行:
100名を超える新入社員が基礎力を習得できるよう、研修プログラムの企画・実行を行います。
外部ベンダーとの調整も含みます(例:プログラミングスキル、ビジネススキル)。
2.2年目社員成果発表会の企画・実行・改善:
2年目社員が成長の成果を発表する場を設け、エンジニアのスキル向上や部門間連携を促進を目指します。
3.エンジニアスキル認定制度の定着と改善:
エンジニアが自身の技術レベルを把握し、ステップアップを目指せるよう、認定制度の運営や改善を行います。
また、資格取得支援制度の推進も担当します。
4.エンジニアスキル向上施策の立案・実行・検証:
外部公開研修の導入事務局業務を通じて、エンジニアのスキル向上を支援します。
さらに、現場の課題やニーズを把握し、それに基づいた施策を企画・実行し、効果を検証します。
5.部門間調整業務:
研修や施策を円滑に進めるために、部門間でのスケジュール調整や意見調整を行います。
