仕事内容


事業拡大につき、受付カウンセラーを募集します。

~担当業務~

・受付対応

・施術プランの確認

・スケジュール調整

・顧客管理や予約管理に伴う、入力業務

「問診票は事前にLINEでやり取り」

ドクターの診察後、カウンセラー室にて、

患者様と施術プランや実施スケジュールを決めていきます。

ノルマはありませんのでご安心ください

(電話対応も週に2,3件ございます)

見た目の美しさはもちろん重要ですが、機能面も同じくらい重要です。

患者様の願望をお伺いしながら、

顔のCTや鼻の内視鏡分析、耳鼻科領域でも検討し、

健康的に美しい鼻・輪郭へと導いていきます。

こういった考えから、患者様からの満足度は非常に高い。

患者様の笑顔をつくっていくのが私たちのミッションです。

「患者様を一番に考えた仕事の流れ」

患者様とのやり取りは基本当院の公式LINEを用います。

スケジュールや問診票などのやり取り全てをLINEで行い、

患者様の来院時にはできる限りお待たせせず、

ドクターとお会い頂けるように工夫をしています。

LINEでやりとりをしているうちに、患者様との信頼関係が徐々にできてきて、

会話がフランクになってくるのも当院の特徴です。

基本的な礼儀は忘れずですが、スタンプを送ったりなど、

患者様とのやりとりは堅苦しくなく、雰囲気の良いやり取りが続いています。

給与は35万円以上。

※ご経験による。

※前職の年収を考慮して決定します。

また、業績に応じてインセンティブで評価。

賞与の支給もあります。

給与だけではなく、ワークライフバランスも追求。

年間休日125日で、長期連休あり。

残業はほぼなし。(多くて月5~10h程度)

仕事とプライベートどちらも大切にしたい方大歓迎

10:00~19:00

基本給:月給 35万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

※ご経験により、前職の給与を考慮いたします。

※外国語手当あり(英語、韓国語、中国語など)

※経験・能力を考慮し相談の上決定いたします。

※残業代は別途1分単位で全額支給いたします。

※医院の業績によるインセンティブあり。
