仕事内容:

人材採用業務の中で、主にキャリア採用領域をお任せできる人材を募集いたします。

※スキル・経験に応じてその他の採用領域(新卒採用やキャリア採用等)

へもご挑戦いただける環境となります。

■具体的な業務内容

キャリア採用担当として、ご経験に合わせて下記内容をお任せ致します。

・各種採用チャネルの選定

・求人広告の出稿

・人材紹介会社との契約締結

・面談対応 等

■組織構成

人事部全体では35名程度

男女比:半々

年齢構成:平均年齢33歳

■研修:

OJTとして先輩社員がしっかりとフォローする環境です。

配属先によっては事業部内で定期的な勉強会の実施もございます。

想定年収:300万円~600万円
