■部署のミッション:

【非鉄金属本部 中期計画テーマ】

(1)車載電動化市場、半導体市場(データサーバ、生成AI)等成長市場への取組み

(2)銅・アルミ海外材料の取扱シェア拡大

■業務内容:

部署ミッションの(1)の分野(車載電動化市場・半導体市場)における

◇取組み中の開発案件の立上げ

◇新規USERへのアプローチ、開発案件への提案による新規案件の具現化

◇既存・新規日系顧客や当社海外現地法人との関係性を通じて海外売上比率の拡大

◇社内外メンバーと協業し、より大きな視点での仕組みを作っていくこと

■身に付けられるスキル:

(3)海外ビジネス、語学、経理、法務等ビジネスに必要な各種知識とスキル

【求める人材】

■必須条件:

・非鉄金属業界、もしくは自動車部品や半導体関連での実務経験(営業、開発営業)

■歓迎条件:

・海外駐在経験

・自らが主体となった新規ビジネス立上げ経験
