FICO Functional Consultant としてクライアントプロジェクトに参画いただきます。以下は、典型的なグローバルプロジェクトにおける主要な活動の例です。

・SAP Financials の導入サポート、促進(FICO 管理 – 原価センタ会計、利益センタ会計、製品原価計算、収益性分析、プロジェクト システム、結果分析、未決済原価、月末決算、諸経費の評価と決済などの領域)。
・ビジネスプロセス要件の詳細な分析し、適切なシステムソリューションを提供します。顧客の要件を分析、特定、解釈、検証、およびドキュメンテーション。
・ビジネス要件を収集するためのワークショップを実施、運営。
・クライアントのビジネス要件、プロセス、および目標をマッピング。
・FI/CO モジュールの設計、カスタマイズ、コンフィグレーション、およびテスティング。
・ギャップ分析。問題の特定、及び解決策の提出。
・トラブルシューティングのためにクライアントへの報連相。問題を調査、分析、解決案の提出。
・ファンクショナルデザイン、テストケース、およびその結果をドキュメンテーション。
・ビジネスプロセスやシステムの改善、強化を積極的に特定して提案する。
・ビジネス部門と技術チームの間の連絡役(リアゾン)。
・必要に応じてアドホックトレーニングとユーザーサポートを提供。

応募条件

【必須(MUST)】

・会計領域(財務会計、管理会計、IFRS)における業務知識
・3年以上の ERP 導入経験 (SAPソリューションの導入経験ならば優遇)。
・クライアントやチームメンバーを含む人々との優れた対人スキル、チームワーク 。
・ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語(N2以上) 。

Role and Responsibilities

As an FICO Functional Consultant, you will participate in client projects. Below are examples of key activities typically performed in global projects:

• Support and facilitate the implementation of SAP Financials (FICO management areas such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, WIP, Month-End Closing, Overhead Assessment and Settlement, etc.).
• Conduct detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Analyze, identify, interpret, validate, and document client requirements.
• Organize and lead workshops to gather business requirements.
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules.
• Perform gap analysis, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Communicate with clients for troubleshooting; investigate, analyze, and provide resolutions.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and test results.
• Proactively identify and recommend improvements and enhancements to business processes and systems.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
• Work independently and autonomously; occasionally support and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Requirements (MUST)

• Strong knowledge of accounting domains (Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, IFRS).
• Minimum 3 years of ERP implementation experience (SAP solution implementation experience is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork, including collaboration with clients and team members.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above).

Preferred (WANT)

• Flexibility to develop solutions from multiple perspectives (e.g., changes in business procedures, organizational changes, technical solutions).
• Ability to express opinions confidently to mid-level client stakeholders (e.g., Finance Managers).
• Willingness to learn new package solutions, IT industry trends, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience working on collaborative projects with people from different nationalities and cultures.
• Ability to provide clear instructions and monitor progress for offshore resources through both written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA.
