仕事内容:

不動産事業の立ち上げコアメンバーとして、土地の仕入れから販売までを一気通貫で担っていただきます。

状況により建設事業部の営業も兼任し、グループの強み(建設事業)と不動産を掛け合わせて成果を出していきます。

土地の仕入れ・情報収集

現地調査(地形、接道、周辺環境などの確認)

査定(収益性、出口戦略を踏まえた判断)

販売戦略・営業活動

条件交渉・クロージング(売主買主双方との調整)

契約・引渡し準備(必要に応じ専門家と連携)

契約後フォロー(関係維持、紹介獲得)

提案・見積作成(設計・施工チームと連携)

調整・契約業務(スケジュール調整、費用交渉)

社内連携(施工管理との協働と情報共有)

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

年俸 520万円 〜 650万円

基本給:年俸 520万円 〜 650万円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

年俸 ¥5,200,000 〜 ¥6,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000〜¥50,000(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
