施工管理【東証グロース上場/平均年齢40歳】
【仕事内容】
分譲住宅または注文住宅の建設現場での施工管理業務を担当していただきます。
木造3階建て住宅をメインに、建物の基礎工事から竣工、お客様のお引渡しまでをトータルに担当します。具体的には、工事スケジュールを作成し、現場ごとに工程・品質・安全・予算をコントロールしながら完成・お引渡しまで導きます。工期は4ヶ月から5ヶ月程度で、1人あたり月平均4現場を並行して監理します。
原則として一人で複数の現場を管理しますが、長期休暇や突発的なお休みの際にはチームのメンバーがフォローし合う風土がありますので、安心して休暇を取ることができます。また、経験に関わらず、最初はベテラン社員と同行して業務の進め方を覚えていただきます。
現場コミュニケーションアプリ「KIZUKU」を導入し、社員や職人との情報共有をアプリで管理することで無駄な工数を削減しています。さらに、アフターや事務サポートなどの新規ポジションを配置し、現場監督として活躍できる環境を整えています。
