コード経験ゼロでOK。

最初は"学ぶこと"が仕事です。

当社は、企業のSNS運用を支援している会社です。

今回募集するのは、SNS運用を技術面から支える未経験エンジニア。

「エンジニアに興味はあるけど、何から始めればいいかわからない」

「PCは好きだけど、専門知識はない」

そんな方を育てる前提で採用しています。

主なお仕事内容

① エンジニア業務(最初はサポートから)

・SNS運用に関わるデータ整理・集計

・投稿管理やレポート作成の自動化サポート

・簡単なツール設定、既存コードの修正

・AIツールを使った業務効率化

いきなり難しい開発はしません

最初は「仕組みを理解する」ところから

先輩が横でフォローします

② SNS運用の理解(エンジニア目線)

・Instagram/TikTokの運用フロー理解

・「ここを自動化できそう」という視点を学ぶ

・運用チームとの簡単な打ち合わせ

黙々とコードだけ書く仕事ではありません

実務で役立つエンジニアを目指します

未経験でも安心できる理由

3ヶ月後には「実務に関われるエンジニア」へ

9:00 出社・タスク確認

10:00 データ整理・ツール操作

12:00 昼休憩

13:00 研修・先輩と作業

15:00 SNS運用チームと連携

17:30 振り返り・翌日の準備

18:00 退社

残業少なめ

学習時間も業務時間に含まれます
