Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • サイトおよびサプライヤーの品質保証活動をリードし、cGxP基準への準拠を確保する (輸入品の出荷判定、検査)

  • 製品(開発中・移管中・商品化中)の品質管理とリリースプロセスを監督する

  • 新規製品立ち上げ時の施設設計や品質保証体制の構築を主導する

  • 無菌製剤の製造に関するSOPの策定と運用を推進する

  • 社内外の関係者・ベンダーと連携し、強固な品質管理体制を構築する

  • グローバル組織と協働し、日本の規制要件を満たす品質プロセスを導入する.

Essential Requirements:

・ 学歴不問

・ 品質保証に関する知識と3年以上の実務経験

・ 無菌製剤のご経験がある方は歓迎

・ 日本語が母国語レベルであること

・ 英語での業務遂行が可能(メール30-40%、会議10-20%参加)

・ 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできる能力

・ 新しい知識やスキルを積極的に学び、柔軟に対応できる姿勢
