Job Description

【仕事概要】

Sandiskは、SDカードやスマートフォンなどの身近な製品から、大規模データセンターやAI技術、自動運転技術などにも使われる半導体「NAND型フラッシュメモリー」を開発・生産する、世界トップクラスのデータストレージメーカーです。その日本法人であるサンディスク合同会社にて、新卒採用業務をお任せします。新卒採用は毎年30-100名の理系・半導体エンジニアの採用を行うため、国立・私立問わず理系大学との関係構築、ジョブフェアや会社説明会、座談会などのイベント企画、外部データベースを利用したスカウトを通して、母集団を形成し、優秀な人財を獲得するお仕事です。

【業務詳細】


具体的には:
・大学訪問やWeb会議を通して、大学との関係構築

・ジョブフェアやインターンシップイベント、会社説明会、座談会などの、企画、運営

・外部データベースを利用したスカウト業務

・各種イベントや面接での司会進行、選考プロセスの取りまとめ

・人材紹介会社との関係構築・半導体業界の情報収集

・各部門の採用決裁者との関係構築、ニーズのヒヤリング

・オファー案検討、オファー提示

・面接調整や入社手続きなどの実務を担うコーディネーターとの密なコミュニケーション

・入社後のフォロー面談実施

・予算管理 等

The Sandisk University Recruitment team is hiring a Recruiter focused on technical hires pursuing Bachelors, Masters and PhD.


As a University Recruiter, you will partner with both hiring managers and our core university partners to support university recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

You will be a key partner to help identify and hire university talent as a brand ambassador for Sandisk.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions, including: building the talent pipeline, interviews, and offers
Developing strong university partnerships to proactively build a pipeline of new college grads and interns for existing and future needs of the organization
Promoting our Sandisk brand throughout the recruitment cycle
Communicate fearlessly to build trust; you will bring a strong perspective that inspires and motivates hiring partners and candidates
Collaborate amongst teammates and cross functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Ability to travel domestically, during peak recruiting cycles
Support recruitment programs which help define and provide a comprehensive university experience
Partnering with internal stakeholders to define an all-encompassing candidate experience
Developing presentations and reports

Qualifications

┗社内外でのコミュニケーションスキルが求められます

・アメリカ人上長とのコミュニケーションが可能なレベルの英語力

Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience previous experience in university/campus recruiting preferred; work in a technology, professional services environment, or higher education/career services is applicable
Creative, self-motivated, self-learner with superior teamwork skills
Keen attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work on the resolution of any issue and to interact with various interdepartmental engineering and support organizations
Demonstrated project driving skills, capable of managing projects with set milestones and timeline
Ability to execute with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Interest in flash, semiconductor, components, nonvolatile memory industry
