このポジションは、

Instagramを中心に"お店やサービスの魅力を発信する役割"。

バズを狙う仕事というより、

・どんなお店なのか

・どんな人に選ばれているのか

・使うとどう変わるのか

を、等身大で伝えていく広報です。

扱うのは、スニーカーやバッグを長く大切に使うための

「ガラスコーティング」という少し珍しいサービス。

だからこそ、専門用語よりも

*「わかりやすく伝える力」*が大切になります。

未経験スタートが前提なので、

・投稿の型やマニュアルあり

・最初は先輩と一緒に投稿を作成

・いきなり一人で任されることはありません

正社員デビューでも、安心して始められる体制です◎

「写真や世界観づくりにちょっと興味がある」

<具体的な業務内容>

・InstagramなどSNSの投稿企画・運用

・商品や店舗の写真・動画撮影(スマホ中心)

・簡単な画像・動画編集

・コメント・DM対応

・キャンペーンや企画のサポート

・社内メンバーとの打ち合わせ、情報共有

Q. 広報やSNSの仕事は初めてでも大丈夫?

A. 問題ありません。

実際に「SNSは見る専門だった」という先輩も活躍中です。

投稿の流れや考え方は、マニュアルとOJTでしっかり教えます。

Q. センスやデザインスキルがなくて不安です…

A. プロレベルのスキルは必要ありません。

大切なのは「どうしたら伝わるか」を考えること。

編集もスマホ中心で、徐々に慣れていけます。

Q. 毎日投稿しなきゃいけないですか?

A. 無理な頻度は求めません。

チームで相談しながら、計画的に進めます。

Q. 正社員として働くのが初めてで不安です

A. 日報の書き方、報連相のタイミングなど、

社会人の基本から丁寧にフォローします。

「分からない前提」で教える環境です。

・日本語での高度な読解力および会話力(日本語能力試験N1相当)

・社内外のメール・チャット対応が日本語で可能な方

・長期キャリア形成を目的とした募集のため35歳未満の方(例外事由3号のイ)

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00-19:00

実労8H/休憩1H

月平均残業時間:10時間以下

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)、年間休日120日以上

有給休暇(入社半年後に10日付与)

夏季・年末年始休暇あり

趣味・ライブ・旅行などの予定に合わせて希望休も柔軟対応◎

プライベートの時間もちゃんと楽しめるように、業務効率も重視

各路線渋谷駅から徒歩5分

給与:

月給:25万円〜38万円(スキル・経験に応じて決定)

・昇給:年2回(成長スピードに合わせて柔軟に評価)

・試用期間:3ヶ月(給与・条件に変更なし)
