About the Role

We're seeking an experienced finance professional with a passion for innovation to join our Create Business Unit.

This role will be part of our finance organization, responsible for strategic/financial planning, decision-support analytics, budgeting/forecasting processes, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business partners in fiscal function planning, development, directing, and evaluation.
• Partner closely with business to incorporate business knowledge into financial forecast models.
• Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans and operating forecasts.
• SUPPORT MONTH-END CLOSE PROCESS AND PREPARE ANALYSES FOR FINANCIAL REPORTING.
• Provide strategic and tactical support in annual operating plan process and assist with ad-hoc analytical projects.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in FP&A roles, preferably in software/technology industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with systems like Adaptive, Workday, Salesforce.
• Adaptable to change and willing to learn from mistakes.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
