About the role


Biddable & Programmatic involves planning & flawlessly executing programmatically bought media plans, across paid search, biddable display, paid social and emerging biddable platforms, as well as deploying unsurpassed platform knowledge & smart use of audience data, and developing industry-leading technology (secured through collaborative supplier partnerships) to facilitate 1:1 communication with our audience.

As Senior Biddable Account Executive, you will take a lead role on strategic biddable media campaigns for one of the most respected and well-known brands on the web. You can expect to support the management of multiple campaigns: ensuring ongoing and timely optimization is delivered, whilst constantly looking for opportunities to improve ROI.

Some of the things we'd like you to do:


Campaign Management

  • Assist in the localization of campaigns in the relevant languages / markets
  • Execute and track tests with methodical accuracy, submit timely reports and maintain accurate account status records
  • Deliver in depth analysis to understand performance beyond top line metrics

Client management

  • Build strong working relationships with your client's internal teams
  • Attend regular client meetings with the Essence Account Director, ensuring all pertinent actions are captured and subsequently delivered on

Media Skills

  • Develop further expertise within one chosen element of search and biddable (PPC or Facebook or GDN)
  • Strive to be at the forefront of all areas of biddable media and share developments with the greater team

A bit about yourself:

  • At least 18 months + biddable experience (Search/GDN/DSP/Facebook), ideally within an established media agency
  • Degree from a top-tier College, 3.0 GPA or equivalent (preferably numerical)
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; You must be able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
  • High attention to detail with an understanding of optimization levers across biddable platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are particularly important in developing client relationships.  The ability to think on your feet, to be creative and talk about a wide variety of complex issues will be paramount in progressing your career
