Q. どんな業務を担当しますか?

A. 外国人技能実習生や特定技能外国人の受入れを支援する監理団体での業務です。企業と外国人労働者の橋渡し役として、双方が安心して働ける環境づくりをサポートします。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. ・受け入れ企業への定期訪問と課題解決提案

・実習生や特定技能生との面談とフォロー

・配属先企業との三者面談の実施

・行政への提出書類作成と手続き

・賃金支払状況の確認と各種試験の調整

・電話・メール対応、庶務、来客応対

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. はい、大丈夫です。研修制度が充実しており、未経験からでもしっかりとスキルアップできる環境が整っています。年齢・学歴不問で幅広い年齢のスタッフが活躍中です。
