現在、海事領域を中心にLLMを用いたRAGシステムのノウハウの展開を進めており、以下の領域で活躍いただけるエンジニアを募集しています。

▼業務内容
お客様の課題解決に向けて、AIやデータを活用したソフトウェア開発に取り組んでいただきます。
チームの一員として、以下のような業務に携わっていただきます。
■お客様の要求を分析し、技術要件を定義
■データの特性を考慮したアーキテクチャ/データモデルの設計
■AIやデータを活用するアルゴリズムの実装やソフトウェアの実装

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■サーバーサイドを中心としたフルスタックなソフトウェアの開発および運用経験 (3年以上)
■RDBMSやNoSQLなど利用したデータモデルの設計、クエリの作成経験
■ソフトウェア開発に関する技術知識(ネットワーク、セキュリティ、クラウド等)
■社内外のステイクホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションできる日本語能力(N1相当)
【歓迎する経験・スキル】
■多様なソフトウェアの開発および運用経験(例: モバイル、ネイティブ、PWA、ハードウェア、データ基盤等)
■LLMを用いた開発、RAGの開発経験
■ソフトウェア品質向上への知見と実践経験
■技術選定やプロジェクト推進、自動化の経験
■プロジェクト/プロダクトマネジメントの経験
■技術コミュニティでの活動経験(OSS、勉強会での登壇等)
