職務内容

【業務内容】

Hondaの機種/製品と連携したプラットフォーム開発や、SDV(*1)の爆速進化を支える開発チームのメンバーとして、下記のような業務を推進いただきます。

・コネクテッドカーの魅力や価値の向上につながる新サービスの検討、価値検証、および開発提案

・SDV(*1)による爆速進化を支えるIT技術の調査や検証、および開発の推進

・自動車やITの業界動向、製品や技術のトレンドなどの調査分析と社内外への発信

・国内外のパートナーと連携した、新価値創出活動とソリューションの共同検討、および価値検証の推進

・新価値探求のプロセス化、および新価値探求プロジェクトチームのリードと実運用を通じたプロセスの改善

・SDV(*1)開発チームの組織力強化に向けた施策立案と推進

◆スキル・資格

・クラウドに関する知識/認定資格

・プロジェクトマネジメントに関連する資格(IPA PM、PMP等)
