The Rakuten Economic Zone consists of 100 million members and more than 70 group services in Japan. In this business model, which is unparalleled in the world, we are responsible for strategic planning and promotion of development based on the future evolution of the platform system common to group services.

Position Details
- Formulation of platform and system strategies based on business strategies
- Develop a development roadmap in cooperation with the development department
- Scrutiny and prioritization of requests from each business
- Definition of requirements for individual projects and project management for their promotion

Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience compiling development requirements for Internet services
- Business-level English skills (equivalent to TOEIC 800 points or more)
- Since there are many foreigners in the development department, communication in English is essential.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in summarizing system requirements on the user side at the system department of the operating company or IT consulting firm
- Experience as product manager or director of Internet services
- As a project leader, you can do project management on your own and have experience in it
- Be able to estimate the business value of the requirements
