【仕事内容】

あなたにお任せするのは、「物流倉庫の運営管理」と「利用者様の作業サポート」の2軸です。

現場作業(梱包など)は主に利用者様が行いますので、それらを管理・監督し、スムーズに業務が回るよう舵取りをお願いします。

1. EC物流倉庫の運営・クライアント対応(ビジネス業務)

  • 在庫・入出荷管理: 商品の入庫確認、検品、在庫データをPCで管理します。
  • クライアント連携: Chatworkを使用し、「入庫報告」「発送完了連絡」「梱包方法のすり合わせ」などを行います。
  • 出荷手配: 配送業者への引き渡し手配や、送り状の管理など。
  • 現場指示: 「今日はこの商品を〇個梱包しましょう」など、利用者様へ作業の指示を出します。

2. 職業指導員業務(福祉業務)

  • 作業サポート・検品: 利用者様が梱包した商品の最終チェック(品質管理)や、苦手な作業のサポート。
  • 進捗管理: 利用者様一人ひとりのペースを見ながら、無理なく作業が進むよう調整します。
  • 支援記録作成補助: 日々の活動記録の入力補助など。

※身体介助ナシ: 入浴・食事・排泄の介助は一切ありません。「現場管理」と「対人コミュニケーション」がメインです。

福祉の仕事と聞いてイメージされがちな「身体介助」(入浴・食事・排泄のサポートなど)は一切ありません。

主な業務は「現場管理」と「運転(納品)」です。

入社後は経験豊富なスタッフがOJTで丁寧に教えるので、業界未経験の方もご安心ください

A. 以前、どうしても細かい作業が苦手で、なかなか前に進めずにいた利用者様がいらっしゃいました。

「どうすれば伝わるかな」「もっと工夫できることはないかな」、そう考えながら、根気強く一緒に練習を重ねていました。

そんなある日のこと、今まで苦戦していた手がまるで嘘のようにスッと動き、作業をやり遂げられたのです

その瞬間、ご本人が見せてくれた嬉しそうな笑顔。あの時の感動は、今でも忘れられません。

「この仕事をしていて本当によかった。」

そう心の底から思えた瞬間でした。

さらに嬉しかったのは、その出来事をチームのみんなが自分のことのように喜んでくれたこと。一人の成長を全員で喜び合える。そんな温かい空気が、とても好きです。

  • 普通自動車免許(AT限定可)・・・クライアントへの納品業務(社用車使用)で必須となります。
  • 45歳以下・・・長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため

給与:

​基本給220,000円~

※残業が発生した場合は、残業代別途支給
