仕事内容:

アルミ製品の鍛造・鋳造スタッフ募集(マシンオペレーター)

航空機・自動車・家電などに使用されるアルミ部品を製造する工場でのお仕事です。

アルミ材料を高温で溶かし、型に流し込んで成形する「鍛造・鋳造」工程を担当していただきます。

具体的な作業内容

①鍛造・鋳造マシンオペレーター業務

・アルミ材料を炉で溶かし、型に流し込んで製品を成形します。

・製造装置の温度・圧力などを管理しながら、ボタン操作や調整を実施。

・製品の取り出しや型交換、設備まわりの清掃・点検も行います。

※熱を扱う設備のため、夏場は非常に暑い環境になります。

②検査・測定業務(経験者優遇)

・完成品をノギス・マイクロメーターなどで寸法測定。

・外観確認や形状検査を行い、品質をチェックします。

③溶接・運搬業務(有資格者のみ)

・アーク溶接資格をお持ちの方は、部品の補修や仕上げ溶接を担当。

・玉掛け・フォークリフト・クレーンのいずれかの資格があれば、製品や金型の運搬作業もお任せします。

高温環境での作業:夏場は暑さ対策が必要ですが、その分しっかりとした安全管理体制があります。

経験者優遇:金属加工・溶接・検査経験をお持ちの方はスキルを存分に活かせます。
