【仕事内容】

キャンパスでの通学クラスとオンラインクラスの運営サポートをお任せします。

【具体的には】

・通学クラス:受付・ラウンジの設営、教室内の設営・片付け

・オンラインクラス:ZOOM(web会議システム)の立ち上げ、クラス準備、片付け

・問い合わせ対応:受講生・講師とのメールや内線での対応、クラス開始前後のご案内、質問対応

・その他:データベースへの個人情報や成績等の入出力、教材や資料等の準備・ファイリング及び廃棄、学生インターンへの指示出しなど

・マニュアル及びチェックシートを完備

勤務時間


14:00~22:30(休憩60分)

授業の開講スケジュールに準じて、【月~木:14:00~22:30】【金~日:9:00~17:30】の勤務をお願いします。

開始予定時期:2026年2月1日

期間:長期(6ヶ月~)

休日


土日祝日を含む週休2日のシフト制です(3ヶ月毎に決定)。授業の開講スケジュールに準じてご勤務いただきますが、基本的には【月~木・土】の出勤を想定しております。なお、状況により他の曜日でのご出勤をお願いする場合がございます。
