仕事内容:
モジュラー型陸上養殖パッケージ『ARK』の設置、メンテナンス、および稼働管理をリードしていただきます。単なる「修理屋」ではなく、現場で得た知見を設計チームへフィードバックし、製品を共に進化・深化させる「フィールドエンジニア」としての役割を期待しています。
具体的には、ご経験に合わせて以下の領域を担当いただきます。
- 設置・施工管理: 全国各地へのARKの設置工事、配管・電気系統の接続業務
- 保守: 設置後の補修対応などの設備保守・アフターサービス業務

求める人材:
【必須(MUST)】
- 設備保守、フィールドエンジニア、またはプラント施工・管理の経験(3年以上)
- 「現場が好き」で、自ら手を動かして問題を解決することに喜びを感じる方
- 「指示待ち」ではなく、自ら課題を見つけ、解決策を提案できる能力
- スタートアップ特有のカオスを楽しみ、変化に柔軟に対応できるマインド
- 現場をリードした経験(リーダークラス以上)
- 普通自動車免許(AT可)
- 海、生き物、食が好きな方

- 第二種電気工事士、管工事施工管理技士、フォークリフト運転技能者などの資格をお持ちの方
勤務時間・曜日:
・勤務時間:8時30分〜17時00分(うち昼休憩45分)の7時間45分
・勤務日:平日週5日

- 国内拠点(平塚、沖縄等)への転勤や地方出張の可能性あり
- 原則屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり
