仕事内容:

当ポジションでは、工場内でお客様から預かった製品(切削工具など)にPVDコーティングを施す重要な業務を担当します。高品質な処理と精度を確保するための大切な役割です。

■ コーティングオペレーター

製品を治具へのセット、及び取り出しを行う
コーティングマシーン、その他装置の操作および日常管理・保全
その他付随する作業全般を行う
作業場の5S(整理・整頓・清掃・清潔)を行う

勤務時間・曜日:

正社員

標準労働時間:9:00~17:45 (12:00~13:00 休憩、実働7時間45分)
シフト制:8:00~16:45、15:00~23:45等
休日:日、月休み(変更の可能性あり)

休暇・休日:

シフト勤務となるので休みはシフトに準じます。
夏季休暇・年末年始休暇あり。
入社日より有給休暇あり(入社月により日数は変動します)。

自動車通勤可、敷地内駐車場あり

給与:

昇給:年1回(4月)
賞与:年3回 (6月、12月は基本給各2ヶ月分、4月は業績に応じて支給、基準2ヶ月)
時間外手当は全額支給
シフト手当あり

その他:

雇用形態: 正社員
給与・報酬: 190,000円 - 235,000円 月給
平均所定労働時間(1か月当たり): 155時間
