仕事内容:

【木製ドアの製造】

・材料の準備

木材やドアのフレームに必要な部品を

選別し、準備します。

・切削・加工

木材を必要なサイズに切断し、

必要な加工を行います。

ドアのフレームやパネルの形状を

作成します。

・組み立て

切削・加工した部品を組み立てて、

木製ドアの骨組みを作成します。

・パネルの取り付け

ドアのフレームにパネルを取り付けます。

パネルはガラス、板材、ベニヤ板など、

用途によって異なります。

・装飾・仕上げ

ドアの表面に装飾や模様を施し、

仕上げを行います。

塗装やコーティングを施して、

見た目を美しく仕上げます。

・ハンドルや金具の取り付け

ドアの開閉を可能にするハンドルや、

必要な金具を取り付けます。

・検査・品質管理

完成したドアを検査し、

品質管理を行います。

不良品や問題がある製品を取り除き、

品質を確保します。

・梱包・出荷準備

完成した木製ドアを梱包し、

出荷の準備をします。

・週単位の交替勤務です
