Restaurant Partnership Specialist
Wolt is seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Partnership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for supporting new restaurant partners in their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful launch on our platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide initial setup support and progress management for new restaurant partners
- Consult on menu content and editing
- Offer data analysis and after-launch support, as well as marketing campaign suggestions and implementation
- Verify that menu and photo content align with guidelines
- Coordinate photo and menu shooting schedules
- Identify and implement improvements to services, processes, and tools based on daily observations and feedback from restaurant partners
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the delivery market. As a Restaurant Partnership Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their success on our platform.
Requirements:
- Approximately 2-3 years of work experience (experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles is a plus)
- Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Language Skills:
- Fluent in Japanese
- English proficiency (resistance to learning is not a requirement, as our internal tools are in English and work is conducted in Japanese)
