【 仕事内容 】

保育園にて、

保育業務全般をお願いします。

一人ひとりの個性や生活を尊重した

関わりができるよう取り組んでいます。

その他、カンタンな事務作業はありますが

徐々に慣れてもらえれば大丈夫です

給与:

月給22万5700円〜32万4200円

※経験により優遇します

【内訳】

・基本給 19万1700円〜29万200円

・処遇改善手当 2万5000円

・資格手当 5000円

・特殊業務手当 4000円

※特殊業務手当は試用期間中(3ヶ月)は支給なし

<別途支給手当>

・扶養手当

配偶者1万6000円/月、子1人目に5500円/月

子2人目に5500円/月、子3人目に2000円/月

・住宅手当:上限2万7000円/月(世帯主)

\昇給の他に処遇改善手当もUP/

昇給以外にも勤務年数に応じて

処遇改善手当(月2万5000円)が、

下記のようにプラスされていきます

勤続年数3年目 月5,000円UP

勤続年数6年目 月2万円UP

勤続年数11年目 月3万円UP
