【業務内容】
戸建ての居住者向けに、エコキュート保証サービスの提案営業を行なっていただきます。
日常生活で欠かすことのできない給湯器。
中でも人気製品である「エコキュート」の修理保証、メンテナンス、オプション製品のご提供を一手に担う
サービスの提案営業です。
商材:エコキュート保証サービス(保証に加えて、その中に高性能浄水器「アノア」、監視カメラなどの機器が付帯)
価格:60万円?90万円
家庭層:一般層?富裕層
【営業方法】
2?3名のチームメンバーと一緒に営業活動を行ないます。
ご家庭に訪問し、アポイントを獲得(平均約80件訪問し、3件アポ獲得)
その後、別日に商談を実施します。
【POINT】
●成約率は40?70%
●エコキュートの寿命は、メーカー発表で1?10年で、定期的なメンテナンスが必須
●大変ご好評いただいているサービスなので、高い成約率を誇ります。
【入社後の流れ】
入社後は先輩と行動し、仕事の流れを一緒に進めながら覚えていただきます。
未経験から中途入社してきたメンバーがほとんどです。
ホテル、飲食系や土木系など前職はさまざま。
「地方から大阪に出てきたくて」と同社に入社したタイミングで大阪に来たメンバーもいます。
