Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Consultant / Consultant / Senior Consultant based in Minato, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. Responsibilities include analyzing procurement and supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative strategies to optimize operations. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to implement changes, measure outcomes, and deliver sustainable results while contributing to the development of best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Expertise in procurement strategies, supply chain optimization, and process improvement
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote collaboration
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, data visualization software, and ERP systems
  • Experience in consulting or similar client-facing roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related fields
