【仕事内容】

顧客の業務課題を深く理解し、ヒアリングを通じてニーズを引き出し、要求定義から要件定義へとつなげます。

さらに、生成AIを駆使してシステム企画書~要件定義書を効率的に作成し、最終的には保守・運用フェーズの生成AI利用を支援する役割です。

■業務内容

・顧客とのヒアリングを通じた課題抽出・要求整理

・経営課題・業務課題の把握と、システム化の目的整理

・ドキュメント作成(生成AI活用)

(上級)

  • システム企画書:現状分析、経営課題とシステム化目的、効果指標
  • システム化計画書:全体アーキテクチャ方針、スケジュール、体制、概算見積
  • 要求定義書:業務要求、ペルソナ、ユーザーストーリー、UI/UX要求

(中級)

  • 要件定義書:機能要件・非機能要件・データ要件・外部IF・UAT観点

(初級)

  • RFP:提案依頼書、評価基準設計

・生成AIに最適化されたドキュメント資産の整備

  • SoT(Single Source of Truth):YAML/CSV/Markdownでの構造化情報管理
  • Templates:プロンプトや文書の雛形
  • Runbook:FAQ/問い合わせ対応/運用手順を生成AIが参照できる形で整備

・顧客フィードバックを取り込み、ドキュメントを改善

・保守・運用フェーズにおける生成AI活用(問い合わせ対応、改修見積の自動化など)

【求める人材】

Web・業務系システムにおけるPM/PL、またはシステムコンサル経験(2年以上)

クライアントとの折衝経験 ※ご経験業界は問いません。

SIerのPMやコンサルにおける 上流工程(要求定義・要件定義)の経験 を持つ方

顧客課題をヒアリングし、分かりやすく構造化できるスキル

システム企画書/計画書/RFPの作成経験がある方歓迎

生成AIやRAG+LLM活用に意欲的で、新しいドキュメント作成手法を取り入れたい方

チームと協働し、正確性・実効性を担保できる方
