基本的な資材処理のすべての責任を遂行することに加えて、割り当てられた領域で独立して作業します。専門機能に割り当てられる場合があります。必要に応じて日常的な対立に対処します。問題を監督者/マネージャー レベルに引き上げるタイミングを知っています。購買部門のバイヤー、プランナー、監督者、および主要な顧客担当者と連絡を取り、問題を解決してタスクを完了します。品質チームやシステム/手順改善チームを含むチーム プロジェクトを調整します。部門代表として機能横断型チームに参加する場合があります。エリア/シフト プロジェクトの完了、文書化、および認識を担当します。

責任

  • 上司の指示の下で作業します。
  • 半導体装置用部品を主に荷として取り扱う為、破損させないよう丁寧に扱う。
  • 資産管理の為機器を用いて正しく棚卸作業を行う。
  • 非定型作業においては上司の指示に従い同僚と共に協力し実行する。

    • 資格とスキル

  • 基本的なPC操作(excel/word)ができること
  • 自家用車等、自力で職場に出社できる方(会社より約5km. 車で約10分の外部倉庫)

    • 学歴及び経験

  • 学歴、経験は問いません。

    • In addition to performing all responsibilities of basic material handling: Works independently in area of assignment; may be assigned to a specialized function. Handles day-to-day conflicts as necessary; knows when to elevate issues to supervisor/manager level. Communicates with Purchasing department buyers, planners, supervisors, and key customer contacts to resolve issues and complete tasks. Coordinates team projects including quality teams and systems/procedures improvement teams; may participate in cross functional teams as departmental representative. Responsible for completion, documentation and recognition for area/shift projects.

    Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of a supervisor.
  • As the cargo you will mainly be handling are semiconductor spare parts, you will handle them carefully to avoid damage.
  • For asset management, you will use device to accurately cycle count.
  • When performing non-routine tasks, you will follow the instructions of your supervisor and cooperate with colleagues to complete the work.

    • Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic PC skills (Excel/Word)
  • Able to travel to work by own car (approximately 5km from the company, external warehouse approximately 10 minutes by car)

    • Education and Experience

  • No educational background or experience is required.
