単なる点検作業ではありません。

「どうすれば物件の価値が上がるか」を考え、

自分の提案で数千万円規模の

リフォームが動き出すことも

各現場のマネジメントをお任せします。

既存顧客との関係構築がメインで、

ルート営業のようなポジションです

飛び込み・テレアポ・ノルマ・

新規開拓は原則ありません

ゆくゆくは、

新規開拓をしていただく可能性がありますが

ほとんどが問い合わせからの対応です

<担当エリア>

  • 関西圏内全域
  • 現場への直行直帰OK

営業では社用車を使用していただくので、

自家用車をお持ちでない方でも

安心してスタート可能です

また、直行直帰にも対応しており、

ご自宅近くで社用車を駐車する場合の

駐車場代やガソリン代も

会社が全額負担します

10:00~19:00(休憩1h)

  • 現場への直行直帰OK
  • スケジュールは自己管理制

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり25時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
