仕事内容:
社内のIT業務全般をサポートする事務ポジションです。PCや社内システムに関する問い合わせ対応、アカウント管理、備品管理など、社員が快適に働ける環境づくりを支えるお仕事です
- PC・周辺機器のセットアップ、初期設定
- 社内からの問い合わせ対応(パスワードのリセット、簡単なトラブル対応など)
- アカウント発行・権限管理
- IT機器・ソフトウェアの在庫管理、発注
- マニュアル作成・更新
- システム担当者のサポート業務
