【仕事内容】

細胞培養関連、遺伝子関連の機器の開発を行う当社にて、代理店などに向けた国内営業活動をお任せします。

大学、官公庁、企業の研究所や不妊治療を実施している病院にたいして、

細胞培養装置、受精卵専用培養装置などの自社商品の営業活動をお任せいたします。

直販と代理店営業の割合は直販20%代理店80%です。お1人当たり多くても10数社程度担当していただきます。

お客様や販売代理店からの問い合わせがあった場合に直接ご訪問して機器の提案を行います。

当社製品は種類が豊富で、お客様のニーズといかにマッチさせるかが重要になります。

機器を使う人数、使用頻度、設置場所やスペース、ガス配管、予算状況に応じて提案できるところが強みです。

また、常に使い続ける製品が多いので、購入して終わりではなく、定期的にご連絡したりご訪問したりして、

常に安心して使って頂く関係づくりを大切にしています。

基本的には社用車で営業周りを行っていただきますが、遠方の出張は公共交通機関を利用します。

なれれば現地でレンタカーを借りて営業活動する人もいます。

また販売代理店に対して、新製品が発売されるとき、キャンペーンを開始する前、

新人が配属された後など不定期ですが、年に2~3回程度代理店への勉強会を開催します。

勉強会の際に司会や資料のご用意なども営業が担当します。

【職場環境】

・需要拡大に伴う増員で募集しています。

・入社後本社にて業界知識、機械製品知識に関する研修を用意しています。

現場ですぐに活用できる技術を身に付けてもらう予定ですので、業界未経験でもご安心ください。

・業務上夜間などの急な呼び出しはほぼございません。

また、営業部員には月30時間相当を部署手当として支給していますが、

残業月平均20~30時間以内であり、プライベートと仕事両方大切できます。

・当社営業部には、ノルマという概念はなく、販売目標金額をたて、達成した時に期末賞与に反映する仕組みです。

個人と言うよりも、営業所や営業部全体での達成が中心になります。達成しなくてもペナルティはありません。
