<仕事内容>

レディースジュエリーブランドのEC運営・ディレクション業務をお任せします。

最初からすべてをお願いすることはありません。

できる業務から少しずつ担当していただきます。

ECサイトの運営

  • お客様からのメール対応、商品情報の更新など

販売状況の確認・分析

  • 売れている商品のチェック、市場やトレンドのリサーチ

ブランドづくり・ブランディング業務

  • 商品の見せ方や企画のアイデア出し

自社商品の発注・在庫管理

  • 数量確認や簡単な管理業務

Webデザイン・ページ作成補助

  • 商品ページの調整や画像修正など

SNSを活用した商品PR

  • Instagram等での投稿・運用サポート

チームメンバーのサポート

  • アルバイト・パートスタッフへの業務指示やシフト管理 など

ブランクがある方も歓迎します。

当社は、EC業態に特化したジュエリーブランドを展開する会社です。

これまでメンズジュエリーブランドを中心に運営してきましたが、

このたびレディースジュエリーブランドを新たに立ち上げ、

事業拡大に伴いレディース部門のメンバーを募集します。

現在は

『VJ』『ASOM』『VALUABLE』

の3ブランドを運営しており、

新ブランドでは「商品企画・EC運営・情報発信」などを通じて、

お客様に喜ばれるものづくりを行っています。

高等学校卒業

~歓迎スキル~

以下のようなご経験がある方は、

これまでのスキルを活かしてご活躍いただけます。

・Photoshop/Illustratorを使用した制作経験がある方

・Web・SNSなどのメディア運用に携わったことがある方

・広告代理店・制作会社での実務経験がある方

・ECストア・オンラインストアの運営経験がある方

経験がない分野があっても、先輩スタッフが丁寧にサポートしますのでご安心ください。

ブランドジュエリーとしての

マーケティング・商品企画・生産管理

ブランドの世界観を作りながら

プロデュースし、

売上を伸ばしていくことが必要と

されるポジションです。

お客様に受けるものは何かと理解する

"感性"、数字をグロースさせていくかの

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

・9:00~18:00

(13:00~14:00休憩、実働8時間)

・残業は月平均20時間

給与詳細


基本給:月給 28万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・賞与 年2回 (業績による)

・520万/32歳 6年目(月給35万+他)

・400万/28歳 2年目(月給27万+他)
