Work & Rewards部門のRewards Data Intelligenceチームでは、報酬・人事制度構築を「データ」「分析」の切り口から企業・組織の成長を支援しており、クライアントは大手日本企業、外資系、スタートアップまで幅広い企業に渡ります。いま、日本およびグローバルにおいて、企業の成長を担う人材の採用やリテンションにおける報酬の重要性が一層高まるなか、報酬マネジメントの実効性を高めるうえで、いかに報酬データを活用するかが各企業の喫緊の課題となっています。ウイリス・タワーズワトソンのデータを採用もしくは検討する企業は飛躍的に増加しており、そのニーズに応えるべく、その豊富なデータをどのように活用・分析するかを私たちは日々議論しています。
最近では、報酬だけではなく組織や人員構成にも分析対象を広げ、人員配置・計画やダイバーシティなどについても支援の範囲を広げることを目指しています。組織人事コンサルタント(報酬データ・アソシエイト)は、こうしたコンサルティングの基盤となる報酬データベースの企画・構築に貢献するとともに、さまざまなプロジェクトにおいてデータを活用した問題解決を提案します。
Rewards Data Intelligenceチームの一員として、チーム全体の稼働や状況を把握し、自身の業務を適切に進めていきます。またグローバルなチームにおいて、様々なバックグラウンドや立場の人と築いた信頼関係をもとに組織に貢献します。クライアント(経営層や人事部長等)に対してもクイックレスポンスとプロフェッショナルとしてのコミュニケーションを通じて信頼関係を構築します。
The Role
- ウイリス・タワーズワトソンの報酬関連サーベイ(調査)の各種プロセスへの関与
- データ分析および検証
- 分析結果に基づくレポートの作成や、セミナーの運営および講師
- サーベイ参加募集のマーケティング、セールス
- アカウントマネジメント
- 報酬サーベイのデータを分析・活用し、クライアントの報酬戦略の実現を支援
- 報酬に関するグローバル、アジア太平洋地域、日本のトレンドの把握とクライアントへの情報提供
- 日本国内の日本・外資系企業のニーズの把握と、ニーズに応じた独自のサーベイやソリューションの提供
- 報酬サーベイのWebツールのカスタマーサポート
WTW では"New Work Style"をグローバルポリシーとして定めており、「Remote」「Hybrid」「Office」から勤務形態を選択できます。就業時間はフレックスタイムです。多くが「Hybrid」スタイルで仕事をしています。チーム、役割、そしてクライアントのニーズに応じて、最適な場所を選んで働くことが可能です。

QualificationsThe Requirements
Essential
- 四年制大学または大学院卒業
- 英語:ビジネス上級レベル(グローバルなチームと連携し、仕事を進めていくことができる英語力)
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル
- ITスキル:Microsoft office Word, Power Point, Excel
特にExcelはVLOOKUP等の基本的な関数、およびPivot機能が使えるレベル(VBAは必須ではない)
Desirable
- 人事に関連する業務(人事制度や報酬構造の一般的な知識を有する)
- 数値データを用いた分析とレポーティング
- コンサルティング(新規事業、IT戦略、業務プロセス等のコンサルティング)
- ITスキル:Excel VBA、Python、R等の析・統計プログラムを使ったデータ分析の業務経験
