【主な業務内容】
- 退職代行サービス利用者とのやり取り(チャット・電話・メール)
- 退職代行サービス利用者の勤務先への架電(チャット・電話・メール)

- PC所持、ご自宅にWi-Fi環境のある方
- PCの入力作業ができる方(スプレッドシート、カレンダーなど)
- Slack(社内チャットツール)Lステップ、公式LINE(お客様対応ツール)に抵抗のない方。使用経験があると直良。
- カスタマーサポートの経験(ヘルプデスク、コールセンター、営業事務など)
- ごくたまにクレーム有り、対応ができる、ストレス耐性が強い方
- 運用変更に抵抗のない方。(サービス方法やワーカーサイドの改善の為、都度運用方法を更新しより良い環境を目指しております。)

曜日:月〜日で週3日以上
時間:4.5時間勤務〜
シフト枠;1. 6時〜10時30分 / 2. 10時30分〜15時 / 3. 15時〜19時30分 / 4. 19時30分〜24時
